Cardiac Diagnostics
Springfield Regional Cardiac Center offers cutting edge cardiac testing to detect many types of problems that affect the heart and the cardiovascular system including coronary heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmia, congenital heart disease and other diseases of the heart's muscle, lining or aorta. Many of these tests are non-invasive:
- Electrocardiography
- Electrophysiology studies
- Holter monitoring
- Stress tests
- Enhanced External Counterpulsation
If the results of these tests indicate signs of heart disease, you will be cared for by a specially trained team of cardiologists, cardiovascular surgeons, nurses, technicians and other healthcare professionals.
