Mercy Well Child Clinic
The Mercy Well Child Clinic provides outpatient pediatric healthcare. Operating on the strong belief that a healthy lifetime begins with a healthy childhood, the Mercy Well Child Clinic offers a wide variety of services to promote the holistic healthcare of children from birth to age 21.
Pediatric services include:
- Sick care
- Well child care including physicals for day care, school, sports, and work
- Child development assessment, including autism screenings
- Various health screenings to prevent or detect problems early
- Nutrition screening, counseling
- Breastfeeding support
- Car seat program
- Age-appropriate childhood immunizations
- Health & safety education, counseling
- Depression screening for postpartum moms and adolescents
- Social services assessment & referral
- Service coordination and family support activities
Pediatric clinic visits for well or sick care are by appointment. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., but appointments may be scheduled into late afternoon and early evenings to accommodate working parents.

- Nurse practitioner
- Social worker
- Nurses
- Support staff
The Mercy Well Child Clinic is a Medicaid provider and accepts many insurance plans. Services may also be provided on a sliding fee scale, based on income. No one is denied services due to an inability to pay.
The Clinic is a community benefit program of Community Mercy Health Partners’ mission.
